DELIVERY SERVICE: Orders available from stock are normally despatched within 2-3 working days via a carrier service and are normally delivered within 24 hours of despatch. Customers will be notified if an item is not in stock. Postage and packaging is charged at rate of £4 per order up to value £17.00. £7 between £18 and £70, and £9 for orders £80 and above for UK purchasers. Multiple plaques can be sent for one carriage charge, please contact me before ordering. We reserve the right to determine the quantity of items packed per box. Overseas purchasers should contact me for overseas delivery prices.
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept secure online payments via PayPal. You do not need a paypal account to make a purchase. To pay using major cards please contact me on 01943 863494. Payment is to be made in GBP.
REFUND/RETURNS POLICY: We hope that you will be delighted with the quality of your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item(s) within seven days of delivery for replacement or refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment as selected on your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case where goods are proven to be faulty or damaged.
Please contact us before returning any goods, and a refund will be processed once the returned goods are received in good condition. Returns after seven days will not be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. Once your order ships, it will be subject to the Returns Policy. If you refuse your shipment, you will be given a full refund for the return of any goods. This offer does not include the cost of returning the goods.
CUSTOMER SERVICES: We aim to provide our customers with the highest standard of service possible and will deal with any queries or complaints in the fairest manner at all times whilst observing customer confidentiality. We will handle all queries and complaints within 2 days of notification.
By placing your order, you agree to all the policies, terms and conditions published throughout this website.

On-line Credit Card Security: When purchasing through this site, your transaction is conducted through Paypal, an approved payment service provider. Your credit card details are not given to or retained by John Rattenbury Sculpture at any time. All transactions are carried out on a secure server.
When you order by telephone or email, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. Once processed, no financial information (credit/debit card numbers, etc) are stored or retailed by John Rattenbury Sculpture.
John Rattenbury Sculpture does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
